Nick is also a published author, philanthropist, and co-founder of Trial by Human, a national training program elevating the practice of trial advocacy. Courtney Rowley is a powerhouse trial attorney, author, and advocate for civil justice who has obtained over a billion dollars in verdicts and settlements representing individuals harmed by corporate negligence. A graduate of Loyola Law School with a Bachelor of International Relations from USC, Courtney brings both legal brilliance and deep compassion to every case she handles. Chelsea Oxton Dickerson is a tenacious personal injury attorney and co-founder of Dickerson Oxton, where she has built a reputation for holding corporations and insurance companies accountable. Raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Chelsea earned her B.A. magna cum laude from Valparaiso University and her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, where she excelled in trial competitions and contributed to the Creighton Law Review. Thomas J. Born in St. Louis and raised in Overland Park, Kansas, Tom began his legal career at age 19 working for the head of litigation at a firm defending large financial institutions — an experience that gave him rare insight into how corporations approach cases against everyday people. He went on to earn his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kansas and his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law.
