About Krista

Krista Steiger is an experienced mass tort attorney whose practice focuses on complex litigation and operational excellence. As a previous manager of legal operations for a mass tort operational company, she oversaw mass tort quality assurance, supervised and trained legal staff, and ensured discovery was completed accurately and on time across multiple jurisdictions. She draws on deep experience with census forms, plaintiff fact sheets, medical record criteria, and settlement documentation to move large dockets efficiently from intake through resolution.

Krista’s work spans a broad range of mass torts, including NEC Infant Formula, PFAS/AFFF, Paraquat, Suboxone, Roundup, Zantac, Camp LeJeune, Talcum Powder, CPAP, hernia mesh, opioids, and USDA Discrimination matters. Her background as a document review attorney in products liability and failure-to-warn litigation, combined with prior experience as a personal injury paralegal, gives her a practical understanding of both case strategy and day‑to‑day file management in complex mass tort inventories. Krista also has significant experience reviewing medical and pharmacy records to establish product use and injury, as well as analyzing state law probate requirements to secure records and distribute settlement proceeds for deceased or incapacitated clients.

Before transitioning to law, she developed strong leadership and client-relations skills as a general manager in the hospitality industry, which she now uses to strengthen the firm’s operational management and to communicate clearly with co-counsel and clients in high‑stakes litigation environments.
