Elsa Linares-Mascote

Elsa Linares-Mascote is a compassionate and dedicated first generation mass torts attorney who is deeply committed to serving the disadvantaged and non-English speaking individuals. Her passion for justice and equality drives her to provide exceptional legal representation to those who need it most.

With a profound understanding of the challenges faced by non-English speakers, Elsa is fluent in Spanish and ensures that language barriers do not prevent access to justice. She strives to bridge the communication gap and provide a voice for those who might otherwise be silenced, advocating fiercely for their rights and well-being.

Elsa earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in 2019 and earned her Bachelor degree from University of Missouri – Kansas City in 2017. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri. After law school, Elsa clerked for a Judge at the 16th Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, where she has honed her skills in civil litigation and developed an extensive understanding of the unique needs of the disadvantaged.

Driven by strong social justice, Elsa embarked on a legal career with a mission to empower the disadvantaged. She recognized the immense barriers faced by individuals who are marginalized and underrepresented, and she decided to utilize her legal skills to make a meaningful difference in their lives. Throughout her legal career, Elsa has actively sought opportunities to assist individuals facing adversity.
